Hi Alexey

I'm having trouble getting most of the Cakewalk BREVERB 2 controls to be read by AZ Controller.
The common controls e.g. 'DRY' level work okay but I cannot get any of the controls specific to BANKS e.g. 'Plate Time' to be reported by AZ Controller.

I have attached a test preset.  Could you have a look please.

Robert

For me with Text Value/Display and CC "loop" feedback parameter 63 (PLATE: Time) works as expected (value is displayed and CC is sent).

What doesn't work for you? I mean which stage doesn't work ? F.e. you can't see "PLATE: Time" in the selection list, with added "Text Value" in the Logic and "Play" the value is not reported on the Overview tab, monitor is not triggered, CC is not sent, etc...

To take control 'plate time' as an example:
I can select 63-PLATE:Time from the parameter list.
But there is no output from the feedback MIDI when I monitor using MIDI-OX

The feedback MIDI output for the control 'DRY LEVEL' (1 - MASTER Dry-Level) is working correctly.

I do not understand your reference 'with added "Text Value"?  Have I made a mistake in my preset?

Also note: that in order to access the Plate Time Control I have to first select (on the BREVERB 2 Control Screen) BANKS 2. PLATE and then any of the available PRESETS, e.g. 1. Snare Power Plate.  Is that how you are testing?

I have tested with "loop" flag set, then sent MIDI messages appear as "Last MIDI event". "Text Value" + "Display" allow to see real value on build-in Display.

I am turning the knob Time on Plate tab. Working as expected on 2 computers.

But I remember long time ago something with Breverb was buggy... but I can't remember what.

You can also automation lanes work for parameters you want. Technically Cakewalk/AZ Controller are using parameter automations of plug-in. So if there are problems with plug-in, both will probably fail.

Thanks Alexey
I'll keep testing and try to find the issue.
Can I just check that you did not find any issue with my test preset?

Well, I had to set "loop" flag in the Feedback so I can see it is sending and I have selected parameter 63. But yes, I was using your test preset.

Note I don't claim there is no issue with AZ Controller. That is why I have ask to check at which "stage" it is not working for you. Inserting "Text Value" + "Display" and using "Play" may help identify that.
