There is a preset for Launchkey with audition for executed actions, status and ACT instead of visual feedback.
It is using SAPI5 and so it does not interfere with Jaws/Jsonar/Caketalking (checked).
The preset should be modified to work with Launchkey MK2, but that is possible.
